Description
All the benefits of the PRAFO® 650 and the PRAFO® APU, plus the Dual Action 653 SKG PRAFO® accommodates and helps to control varus and valgus conditions of the ankle / foot complex to + or – 30°. Using the 653SKG can accelerate the prospects for rehabilitation by allowing safe ambulation at the earliest opportunity.
Designed for recumbent or ambulant protection of the heel and foot against pressure sores whilst also resisting the development of plantarflexion contractures, both of which can make a huge difference to the patient’s rehabilitation. Inversion or eversion of the foot can be controlled using the malleable aluminium rotation bar.
The aluminium heel connecting bar can be custom contoured to accommodate the individual patient’s foot/ankle position.
Fully adjustable in height and length, the PRAFO® 653 SKG Dual Action will fit any patient with a custom-like fitting and can accommodate bulky wound dressings.
Suitable for day and night use, with a washable Kodel liner.
