Pearl is one of the styles in our range of Ladies shoes that is particularly suitable for Fixed Equinus patients, made on our Cosmo Last with a Cosmo sole as the default option. Alternative lasts and soles are available to achieve your desired toe shape and pitch.

Adaptions can be incorporated during manufacture including T or Y straps, sockets, raises and sole wedges, floats, elongations and rocker soles. Please see our Modular Information for details of the alterations available.
All our styles can be manufactured as bespoke footwear, either from measurements, casts or scanned STL files.
