The RA last is designed to accommodate rheumatoid foot pathology and provides forefoot abduction with a reduced forefoot medial pocket. Featuring reduced lateral toe pressure and pronated medial longitudinal arch, the narrow heel width and snug instep fit helps to prevent gaping and slippage.
