We operate a “no quibbles” guarantee on all stock items, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can simply return it to us in it’s original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase.
We will offer you an exchange, credit note, or a full refund of the price you paid for the item (excluding any special delivery charges). If the return is due to an error we have made, we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please contact us for further advice.
All returns and exchanges must be received in a clean condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
To return an item:
- Please complete and include our returns form which is on the reverse side of your delivery note.
- Pack the item(s) securely, enclosing the completed form and attach the address label supplied on the returns form to the package. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Ladies footwear in Black, Navy and Taupe, sizes 3 – 8, and Men’s Footwear in Black or Brown, sizes 7 – 12, in styles with NHS Codes F1 or F2 (made to default specificationswithout any alterations or adaptions) may be returned for a full refund. All other colours and any made to order styles (NHS Codes F5 & F6) are non-returnable.
Paediatric footwear – Rocket style in black waxy leather, Splash in black waxy leather and Joy in black patent are all fully refundable in either lace or Velcro fastenings when made on our regular last. Rocket, Splash and Joy styles in other colours/materials and all other paediatric footwear is made to order and is non-returnable.
Patient specific footwear including made-to-measure, split sizes, split fittings, special colours, last or upper altered or adapted footwear is non-returnable. Single shoes or boots, or worn footwear is non-returnable. Chair boots are non-returnable.
