Orthopaedic Footwear

Over the last 34 years, Chaneco has developed one of the largest and most flexible ranges of hand-made stock and bespoke Orthopaedic Footwear on the market today. Our Ladies, Men's and Children's footwear is available in a large range of styles, colours, fastenings, width and depth fittings, in both full and half sizes.

Chaneco also has a range of diabetic shoes and boots, as well as the capability to make any style to diabetic specifications. Specialised diabetic insoles can also be manufactured alongside the footwear to ensure an exact fit.

All of our footwear can be fitted with Total Contact Insoles and/or adapted to your specifications in our own workshops. Please click here for a list of adaptions available. (Adapted footwear is non-returnable).

PLEASE NOTE: We do not currently offer a measuring service. Chaneco recommends that you have your feet properly measured by an Orthotist before ordering, as patient specific footwear is non-returnable. If you have previously had a pair of Chaneco shoes through the NHS within the last 10 years, we should have your details on file.
