Chaneco launches new website

Chaneco are excited to announce the launch of their newly revamped website www.chaneco.co.uk, which brings their online presence in line with the recently updated look and feel of the Chaneco brand.

The new website features improved layout and design, with easy navigation and a new search facility. All the styles from the current Orthopaedic Footwear catalogue are featured, including the Paediatric collection, and customers can also order from the complete Orthotics range.  With free standard delivery and same day despatch on Orthotics orders received before 3pm*, customers can count on receiving the same high service levels that they have come to expect from Chaneco.

For the NHS and associated trade customers, the website now offers the facility to log in to view contract pricing, and to process orders online, without the need for telephone calls or faxing.  Chaneco Senior Partner, Helen Hanley said: “With the current e-procurement drive and the financial pressures on the NHS, ordering online from the Chaneco website will help our valued customers save time and money, as well as the additional environmental benefits that come with reducing the paper trail.”

The website also acts as an information source for downloading catalogues and product information, including fitting instructions and new product flyers.

Chaneco UK Sales Manager, Mike Goodall added: “Customer Service is our first priority and our focus has been on making the website as user-friendly as possible, for both trade and retail consumers. Initial feedback has been really positive.“
