Delivery Information

We pride ourselves on our rapid service.  Orders for Orthotic Products received before 3.00pm on Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day that we receive your order and orders placed after 3.00pm or at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day.  Orthopaedic footwear orders will be manufactured on confirmation of order and despatched within 10 working days.

There is no charge for standard delivery (by Royal Mail or Courier at our discretion).  You may also choose from the following special delivery options:

• Next Working Day before 10am - £10 surcharge
• Next Working Day before 12pm - £7.50 surcharge
• Saturday Delivery before 12pm - £15 surcharge

Exceptions and Overseas

• Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & Isle of Man - Next Working Day (£12.50 Surcharge)
• Scottish Highland & Scilly Isles - 2-3 Working Days [Postcodes IV1-20, IV30-32, IV36, AB38, PH19-26 Usually Next Day But Not Guaranteed] - (£15.00 Surcharge)
• Scottish Islands - 4-5 Working Days (£32.00 Surcharge)
• Europe (At cost up to a maximum of £35.00 Charge)
• Rest of the World - (At cost up to a maximum £45.00 Charge)
